If you’re moving out or moving in, you should book our end of tenancy cleaning service. It’s designed for homes that are completely empty, so the cleaning team can clean even more hard-to-reach areas – including the inside of cupboards & appliances
How do I pay?
We take a card payment when you book. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payment cards.
How can I arrange access if I’m not at home?
We can collect keys from a key safe, a neighbour or your estate agent (within a ten minute walk of the property). Just let us know where the keys will be in the ‘Any other details?’ section of the booking form
How long does a deep clean take?
It usually takes your cleaning team 3-5 hours to complete a deep clean.
What equipment do cleaning teams bring?
The cleaning team will bring everything they need for your deep clean, including all products and a vacuum cleaner.
